Call never went through & site is down. So disappointing!!! to advertise some thing like this over and over again and then not be ready for it when it comes to the time to be able to provide this for your customer is absolutely ridiculous. Maybe your IT team should consider a WS this would never happen with them.

The Oreos we bought were suppose to be Double Stuff, but they are regular ones.

False package. The package was suppose to be Double Stuff Oreos, but they were the regular Oreos. I was very disappointed as I like the Double Stuff Oreos so much better. I love the creme.

Terrible Customer Service

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

Placed an order and immediately sent an email regarding the date I needed to receive order by for an event. Paid almost $30 in expedited shipping.

Never received anything except automated emails and have been waiting a week. Called customer service 6 times to insure by order would be received in time or wanted to cancel. I got the same customer service rep all 6 times I called who was very combative and unhelpful. Requested a supervisor multiple times and she said she was homebased and was unable to transfer me to anyone else.

She would not cancel my order or give me an arrival date..she just said she would send an email to production and request cancellation. After telling me yesterday my order was not made, today she said they order was ready but had no idea when they would ship. If the order is ready, why not ship? Also, if the order was not processed yesterday and a cancellation request was received why go ahead and process?

It appears as though my order will arrive after my event even though I paid a ridiculous amount for shipping. Someone at Oreo really needs to listen to my calls to their company and hear how argumentative their rep was with me.

You can’t be serious with this

Oreo - You can’t be serious with this
Have Oreos turned into potato chips? You gonna start filling the container with air and call it a freshness saver? How is it possible to feel you can cheat the consumer out of Oreos? Has the CEO determined that 6 Oreos out of every pack will keep his private jet fueled so he can get to more meetings for brainstorming on how to screw your customers out of more money? Whats next, is double stuff gonna be 7/4ths stuffed?

Same thing happened to me. Bought a party size package of Lemon Oreos which means you're supposed to get 4 full rows of cookies.

Well guess what, each if the middle two rows were missing 5-6 cookies and the outer rows 2 cookie. I mean what's going on. Are the workers eating the cookies off the belt right before the machines fill the packaging with air? I had to be missing about 10-12 cookies.

Call and the customer service rep says the packages goes through by weight. I don't know about that. Still waiting for coupons that supposedly takes 7-10 days.

It's taking a whole lot longer than that. Why do these companies sell out to people who change the quality of products we grew up loving???

I bought the family size Oreos mega stuffed, thinking that they were similar to the cookie you buy in regular size bag. The regular size cookie had been replaced with a thin chocolate cookie with three times the stuffing. Ive been eating Oreos for over 50 years and I know my cookie.

Not accurate portrayal of Santa

Who makes these commercials?? Santa Claus is white! Not black. Does tradition and History mean nothing? Very insulting.

Price increase.

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
Use to always get Oreos when buying sandwich cookies but not anymore. They are now WAY overpriced. Started buying store brand or generic instead of Oreos due to ridiculous price. Can get store brand for just a tad over half what Oreos is now asking. I see that almost every store is now offering them at a reduced sale price. Guess Im not the only one thats refusing to pay the crazy new price. Let them sit on the shelf and rot. Ive discovered theres not a huge difference in store brands and Oreos except for the price. They can keep them. Bu
