I’ve noticed changes in the past few months. Got nowhere contacting the company.
I bought regular Oreos and they had one dot of cream in the middle, which made them dry not to mention a cheat. So I changed to double stuffed and when I opened the package 6-8 cookies were missing at the top of the package. What’s up? I’ve eaten and loved Oreos all my life and am retired now.
Surely other people notice these changes. I tried emailing the company and received a brief form letter back with no satisfaction to my complaint. Then I tried the store I bought them at and they said if they were not stale that they couldn’t do anything but give me a new package. I tried calling the company and got voice mail with no one calling me back or satisfying my concerns.
Doesn’t anyone care about customer service or quality anymore.
So much for big companies. I even talked to the Nabisco representative that stocks the shelves at the supermarket and showed her through the package the shortage of cookies and got a shrug of her shoulders.
